7 months agoThis is the best KFC around us, we drive from barrie for it. It is so much better than the KFC in barrie. Always fresh, amazing chicken, I feel like the franchisee actually trains the employees. We always eat in, so it's max fresh! Edit. Probably a year later? Still the best KFC. I had the bot wings today at the angus location and they were as good as KFC gets. Straight from fryer hot, crispy and not a drip of grease. And they are on for 10 for 10 currently. Great deal. This location is great. Compared to other ones in barrie, I'm not sure how anyone can give it less than 5 stars.

7 months agoWent in. It was empty I saw a girl sweeping the front. She saw me and didn't acknowledge me. I Stood there. She didn't advise her colleagues there was a customer. Now we are 4 in line. Still,the girls sweaping. Does not move to serve us. Finally caught the eye of another employee. Success. What was wrong with the front cashier? Who knows. When I finally got food it was great

7 months agoThe lady working the counter had quite the repore with our 9 yr old son. They chatted quite a bit. He also ate his whole meal. She was so sweet she gave him a cookie on our way out. Thank you.

7 months agoI stopped by the KFC in Angus and I had a surprisingly wonderful experience there! I first started off at the drive through - standard greeting. Being as indecisive as I am, I asked if there were any combos or specials. The employee told me that I could go online and get them. I decided to park and go inside instead and take my time. I was greeted by Krystal and she was simply the happiest, kindest, most helpful person. She didn’t judge my idiosyncrasy, my desire to save a few bucks, and indecisiveness. She even offered to grab coupons from inside her car for me! Working in customer service for all my life, Krystal made my day and exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for the positive experience. All the best!

7 months agoSat down and ate my meal today, and after finishing the fries, I think to myself well I still have quite a bit of gravy. Went up to the counter and ordered another individual fries and the manager (?) promptly brought it out to me just overflowing with fries, "on the house" he says! That is great customer service!
